[en] In some cases, you might want to filter user data out of your reports. These users could be automated processes that run routine checks every night, or test users who only check sample documents.
[en] Suppose that you’re interested in the typical checking behavior of all technical writers in your organization. You can use the Ignore Users page to filter out users from other teams.
[en] To ignore certain users in reports, follow these steps:

[en] Navigate to Reporting > Analytics settings > Ignored Users.

[en] Select the users to ignore.

[en] To ignore a standard user, type the first few letters of a username into the search field and select a matching username from the autocomplete dropdown.

[en] To ignore all built-in users, click Ignore All Built-in Users.
[en] Built-in users come installed with the Acrolinx Platform. Find out more about these users.
[en] Your changes take effect immediately. The users are added to the Ignored Users list and are excluded from all new reports.
[en] To remove users, select the users in the Ignored Users list and click Remove User.
