[en] You can capture a snapshot of your server workload over a specific time period. This generates extended logs that can help troubleshoot checking issues. You might, for example, use them to identify issues with extraction settings in your Content Profiles. In most cases, you'll only need this feature when an Acrolinx contact directs you to it.
[en] You must have a role with the privilege Capture server workload to use this feature.
[en] To capture your server workload, follow these steps:
-
[en] Navigate to Maintenance > Capture Server Workload and click Start.
-
[en] After enough time has elapsed, click Stop.
[en] The Acrolinx Support team advises you on how long a server workload capture should run.
[en] After you complete the workload capture, Acrolinx creates a workload capture file. This file includes information for each checking request. Acrolinx only generates this file if you run checks during the workload capture. For each checking request, the server generates two files. These include a text file that has the extracted text and a properties file that has the check settings.
