Things to Check before You Get Started
Before you install the Acrolinx client software, be sure to answer these questions:

You'll need a supported web browser to open our Scorecard and interact with it. We support the newer versions of most popular web browsers:

A 64-bit plug-in installer is available for the 64-bit versions of Microsoft Word.
You can install Acrolinx for the following versions of Microsoft Outlook:
- 2010 (32-bit and 64-bit)
- 2013 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Install the Acrolinx Plug-in
If you're tasked with installing Acrolinx yourself, ask your Acrolinx administrator for the installer file if you don't have it already.
To install Acrolinx, follow these steps:
- Close all programs, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Double-click the installer in Windows and follow the on-screen instructions.
