The filters in the Overview tab let you drill down into specific aspects of content performance. Maybe your content used to score well, but you notice that scores started to plummet once you added Inclusive Language to your Target. Or, you might find an unusual number of issues with Words and Phrases, only to learn that the goal needs some fine-tuning. The color coding in Content Cube makes these types of changes easy to spot.
You can currently use four different filters in the Overview tab. The filters are based on the components that make up an Acrolinx check and custom performance data.
Filter Name |
Description |
---|---|
Targets |
Filter by a specific Target. You can only filter by the goals and guidelines included in the selected Target. |
Goals |
Filter by the goals that you've set for your collection. For example, Inclusive Language or Clarity. |
Guidelines |
Filter by the specific pieces of guidance that Acrolinx provides (for example “Is this word spelled correctly?”). |
Performance Metrics |
Filter by the performance metrics that you track in your preferred web analytics tool. This is only available if a metrics connector is active in Content Cube. Learn more about metrics connectors. |
To use a filter, select it from the corresponding dropdown. Your filter selection will apply to all sections of the Overview tab. This includes the content city or bar chart, the details cards, and the guideline list.
The color of each bar in the Overview tab is based on the Acrolinx Score for a specific goal or metric. The color coding is a gradient that ranges from red, through yellow, to green.
