The filters in each Content Cube collection let you drill down into specific aspects of content quality. Maybe your content used to score well, but you notice that scores started to plummet once you added Inclusive Language to your style guide. Or, you might find an unusual number of issues with terminology, only to learn that the goal needs some fine-tuning. The color coding in your collection makes these types of changes easy to spot.
You can currently filter by four criteria within each collection. The filters are based on the components that make up an Acrolinx check.
Filter Name |
Description |
---|---|
Style guides |
Show pages that were checked with a specific style guide. |
Goal score |
Show pages with a goal score greater than or less than a specific numerical value. |
Guideline |
Show pages that contain issues for a specific guideline. |
Page title and URL |
Show pages that have specific URLs or contain specific keywords in their titles. |
To apply a filter, type a page name into the search bar or click Filter by and select a criteria from the dropdown. Your filter selection will apply to all elements on the page. This includes the content city or bar chart, the details cards, and the guideline list.
The color of each bar in the collection charts is based on the Acrolinx Score for a specific goal or metric. The color coding is a gradient that includes red, yellow, and green.
