Once you've looked at your content cards in the Overview tab, you'll have a clearer sense of what you can improve.

Content Cube then gives you the option to funnel content in need of improvement into a review list. That way, you can store it in one place while you make plans to boost its fitness.
To start, you'll want to add content to your review list manually. These selections will always take first priority. If you also want Acrolinx to identify lower-performing content for you, you can set up suggestions. Acrolinx will suggest improvable content based on the criteria that you set.
You can add content to your review list in the Overview tab.
To save content for review, click Add to Review List in the bottom-right corner of a content details card.
If you want to add multiple pages of content to your review list, use the checkboxes to make your page selection, and go to More > Add to review list.
When you're ready to take a closer look at the content that you've saved, head over to the Schedule tab. There, you'll find your complete review list.
Content doesn't get saved to your review list in a particular order, but you can always organize your list as you see fit.
Have a piece of content that you think needs attention first? Click the up arrow to the left of a card to move it to the top of your review list. That way, your writers will know where to focus their attention.

Content that you add manually always takes priority in your review list, but you can also get a little extra help from Acrolinx. When you set up suggestions, Acrolinx suggests improvable content in your review list. All you have to do is choose the types of suggestions you want to see. These will always appear below the content that you've added on your own.
To set up suggestions, do the following:
-
Go to the Schedule tab and click
Review list settings to open the Review List Settings dialog.
-
Check the boxes next to the goals and performance metrics that you want to focus on. Here's how you can set them up:
-
Use the up and down arrows to order the metrics and goals that you want Content Cube to suggest first.
-
Enter the score ranges to set the minimum and maximum scores for the goals and metrics you select. The range is set to 0 to 50 by default.
-
Select AND/OR to define the relationship between your selections.
-
-
After you make your selections, you'll see a summary of your configuration under Settings Summary. The pages that match your settings will move the top of your suggested list.
-
Optional: Adjust the maximum number of pages that you want Content Cube to suggest at a time. The default is 50 pages.
-
Click Save.
It’s easy to recognize the details cards for suggestions – these have a robot icon in the bottom-right corner.
