In the Admin Console, the Web Crawling tab gives you a quick look at the status of your crawls and checks. If you want to know what's happening behind the scenes, you can view the checking and crawling pipelines in the Advanced tab.
To keep track of all active crawls, go to Content Cube > Admin Console > Advanced > Crawling Queue. When there's an active crawl, you'll see information about it in the following columns:

To cancel a crawl, click the trash icon at any time.
The Checking Queue tab under Content Cube > Admin Console > Advanced lets you set the maximum number of parallel checks that you want to run. To set the maximum number of parallel checks, adjust the number in the Max. parallel checks field and click Save Maximum.
You can also use the tab to keep track to the checking pipeline, including the number of checks that are running and the number of checks queued.
If you decide that you want to stop all checks, click Clear.
