This dashboard allows you to quickly see if you’re reaching your adoption goals.

Data for "Check selection" won't appear in this dashboard. Learn more in Check a Selection of Your Content.
To open the Checking Activity dashboard, go to Reporting > Analytics. You'll find Checking Activity under Health.
Let's take a closer look at the dashboard:

See how many documents Acrolinx checked. |
Words and Sentences |
Find out how many words and sentences Acrolinx checked. TipBy default, the Words and Sentences chart shows the most recent check results for each document. |
Active Users |
Measure the usage of Acrolinx and identify who on your team is using it. |
In the upper right corner of the dashboard, you’ll find the section Detail Links. A detail link opens a detailed web report table. With these web reports, you can easily filter, export, and print out the content.

Table View |
Compare the total numbers of checks, sentences, documents, words and users broken down by month. For example, in the User Count column, you'll see the number of distinct users in the month in each detail line. |
Checks by User |
See the Check Count for each team member, and the number of documents they checked. The table also displays recent checks and the current license status of a user. |
To view and edit the parameters, click on the toolbar to the left of the dashboard.

Start date |
Choose how far back you want your charts to look. |
Group by |
Choose the time intervals that you want to group results by. For example, you can group results by day, week, or month. |
Latest check |
By default, the Latest check parameter is selected. When Latest check is selected, the Words and Sentences chart shows only the most recent check results for each document. You can show results from all checks in the Words and Sentences chart by deselecting the Latest check parameter. Latest check doesn't affect any other charts or tables in the Checking Activity dashboard — they always show the results of all checks. |
