You may want to exclude some user data from your reports. For example, you might have users for automated processes that perform routine checks every night. This feature also lets you focus on checking behavior for a specific group of writers in your organization.
To ignore certain users in reports, follow these steps:

Navigate to Reporting > Reporting settings > Ignored users.

Select the users to ignore.

To ignore a standard user, type the first few letters of a username into the search field and select a matching username from the autocomplete dropdown.

To ignore all built-in users, click Ignore All Built-in Users.
Built-in users come with Acrolinx. Find out more about these users.
Your changes will take effect immediately. Acrolinx will add the users to the Ignored users list and exclude them from all new reports.
