The names of the elements you want to extract aren't always immediately obvious. We've included the most common elements.

You'll define how you want Acrolinx to extract elements under Extraction in your PowerPoint Content Profile.

Add element

Fonts

To extract specific fonts, use the following element names and the typeface attribute:

  • latin typeface=”<font name>” (Latin characters)

  • cs typeface=”<font name>” (Complex scripts)

  • ea typeface=”<font name>” (East Asian characters)

For example, to exclude content with the font Courier New," follow these steps:

  1. Enter * typeface=”Courier New” in Element Name.

  2. Select empty in Filter Mode.

Comments

To extract comments, you can use either of the following element names:

  • cmLst

  • cm

To include comments in your check, follow these steps:

  1. Enter cmLst in Element Name.

  2. Select include in Filter Mode.

Speaker Notes

To extract speaker notes, use the Element Name notes.

To include speaker notes in your check, follow these steps:

  1. Enter notes in Element Name.

  2. Select include in Filter Mode.
