Acrolinx sunsets development and technical support on older products. This allows us to focus our resources and make sure that our current products and services are optimal.
In general, Acrolinx supports Cloud releases for 18 months following the release date. This excludes service releases. Here's a full list of Acrolinx Platform Releases.
Acrolinx generally provides technical support for the latest 2 versions. Learn more about our support policies.
Acrolinx will support up to the latest 2 versions of each integration. In practice, this means the following:
-
Latest version: Completely supported with updates, bug fixes, and technical support.
-
One previous version: Phasing out the version, and we won’t provide any new updates or bug fixes. Only basic technical support is provided. You need to upgrade to the latest version for support from Acrolinx.
-
Older versions: Not supported or maintained. Upgrade to the latest version for support from Acrolinx.
Tip
Newly released host editor versions may not be supported immediately. Acrolinx will determine support based on factors like roadmap, product plans, customer impact, and adoption rates.
Acrolinx supports the latest 2 host-editor versions for all of its integrations.
You can find all supported host-editor versions in the Integrations Compatibility Guide.
Important
If a host editor version is no longer supported by its provider, Acrolinx will also discontinue support for that version.
We’re committed to offering you integrations in your preferred working environment. However, there are cases where integrations are no longer feasible for us to maintain.
In these situations, we may decide to discontinue an integration. Once we reach this decision, we’ll announce that we’re sunsetting the affected integration. We’ll continue to support the integration for the 12 months that follow the announcement.
Currently, we support the following Standard Stack version:
Version |
Release Date |
Support Ends |
---|---|---|
2023.06 |
19 June 2023 |
31 August 2025 |
If you can’t find your Standard Stack version in the table above, it's no longer supported.
