Before you can use the Acrolinx Connector for Confluence, you'll need to set up single sign-on (SSO) for Acrolinx. To get started, follow the steps in our article on setting up Acrolinx for single sign-on.
Once you've set up SSO for Acrolinx, you can configure SSO in the Acrolinx Connector for Confluence. This lets all Confluence users access all Acrolinx functions without logging into Acrolinx.
To set up SSO, follow these steps:
-
Go to > General configuration > Scroll Acrolinx Connector > Configuration
-
Enter your SSO password in the Single Sign-on Password field.
-
Click Save.
Warning
The SSO password is mandatory for the Acrolinx Connector for Confluence 3.2.0 and later.

Note
Global default profile behavior: When you first activate the Acrolinx Connector for Confluence in a space, the tool will automatically use the global default profile.
