The batch check option in AEM lets you check individual files directly in the AEM Sites and AEM Guides consoles. You don't have to open the Sidebar for each file, so it's easy to see how your content scores.
Tip
If you use Targets, you can set multiple Targets for a single batch check in AEM with Target Batch Mapping. Read about it in our Targets documentation.
To run a batch check in AEM Sites, do the following:
-
Switch to the List View in the Sites console.
If the Acrolinx Score column isn't displayed, click Views in the Sites console and choose View Settings. When the Configure Columns box opens, check the box next to Acrolinx Score.
-
Select the pages that you want to check.
-
Click the Acrolinx icon to check the selected content. This might take a few minutes depending on how much content you want to check.
-
Reload the page to see the results. To view the Scorecard for a file, click on a score in the Acrolinx Score column.
