In this release, we've added full support for the web-based version of Quip. We also fixed a bug with the replacement function in newer versions of CKEditor.

We're back with some updates to Acrolinx for Chrome. This release, we've switched from Manifest V2 to Manifest V3 for Chrome. We also did some general maintenance and took care of a bug that affected highlighting in certain editors.
Acrolinx for Chrome should work with older platform versions, however, we recommend using:

We're happy to start the year off with a new release of our Chrome integration! This time around, we've improved the way Acrolinx handles text editors. We've also changed the color of our extension icon so you can spot it easily, no matter your display settings.
We developed and tested this version of Acrolinx for Chrome with Chrome versions 70.x and above.

There are hundreds of text editors out there, and you might've found that Acrolinx for Chrome didn't always work with some of them. We've fixed this. Now, Acrolinx is better equipped to handle any issues that pop up.

Our browser extension works within a lot of different surroundings. If you find that the content you’re checking isn’t working as expected, let us know. We’d be glad to look at more specific options.
In the past, the Acrolinx extension icon might have been a little hard to find. We've fixed this. When you're ready to check your content, just keep an eye out for the blue Acrolinx check icon in your browser’s toolbar.
