Before you use Acrolinx for Microsoft 365 SharePoint, you'll need to set up SSO for Acrolinx. Learn how in Set Up Acrolinx for Single Sign-On.
Make sure that all of your users fill in any required user custom fields on their user settings pageAcrolinx for Microsoft 365 SharePoint won't run a check for users missing required custom field information. Instead, users will see the following error when they trigger a check:
Error: SsoFailedException Message: Acrolinx.Net.Internal.SignInResponse
Make sure that the user who runs the check has a valid license. If a user doesn't have an assigned license in Acrolinx, they'll see an error message for each checked item.
When a user runs a batch check, Acrolinx for Microsoft 365 SharePoint will sign in to Acrolinx with an SSO token, but the SharePoint username is assigned.
