To show or hide the Sidebar, click the Acrolinx tab.
If you can't see the Acrolinx icon and you're sure that your Microsoft 365 admin has installed it, follow these steps:

Click Add-ins in the Home tab.

Click More Add-Ins → MY ADD-INS.

Select Acrolinx for Microsoft 365 Office.

Click Add.
In new Outlook, the way to add apps is different.
If can't see the Acrolinx icon in the ribbon and you're sure that your Microsoft 365 admin has installed it, follow these steps:

Select Apps in the INSERT tab.

Click on Acrolinx for Microsoft 365 Outlook. The Acrolinx icon is now visible in the ribbon by default.
To change your Acrolinx URL, you need to sign out and sign in again. Sign out from the slide-out menu in the Sidebar.
