To show or hide the Sidebar, click the Acrolinx tab.
If you can't see the Acrolinx icon and you're sure that your Microsoft 365 admin has installed it, follow these steps:

Click Office Add-ins in the INSERT tab.

Click ADMIN MANAGED.

Select Acrolinx for Microsoft 365 Online.

Click Add.
In Outlook, the Acrolinx add-in is accessible via the three dots:

The Sidebar is only available when you're in the reply- and compose mode
If you still can't see the Acrolinx icon and you're sure that your Microsoft 365 admin has installed it, follow these steps:

To change your Acrolinx URL, you need to sign out and sign in again. Sign out from the slide-out menu in the Sidebar.
