Tip
You might notice that the Acrolinx Scores from a batch check are a little different than the ones in the Sidebar. This is because the Sidebar only extracts and checks editable content from the current view. The batch check, on the other hand, checks the entire HTML.
The batch check option in Salesforce lets you check multiple draft articles directly in the Salesforce Knowledge list view. Since you don't have to open the Sidebar for each file, it's easy to determine how your content scores.
Notice
Before you run a batch check, you’ll need to set up batch checking. Learn how to set it up.
Before you run a check, it's best to add the Acrolinx Score column to the Knowledge list view. That way, you can see page scores for each article directly in the list view.
To add the column to the list view, do the following:
-
Click the List View Controls and choose Select Fields to Display.
-
Select Acrolinx Score under Available Fields and click Move selection to Visible Fields.
-
Click Save.
Once you add the Acrolinx column, you can run a batch check.
To run a batch check, do the following:
-
On the Knowledge list view page under Draft Articles, select the pages that you want to check.
-
Click the Check with Acrolinx button in the top right to check the selected content. This might take a few minutes depending on how much content you want to check.
-
You'll see your score in the Acrolinx Score column. For more information about your check, go to the Check History tab. This also includes a direct link to the Content Analysis dashboard.
To view the Scorecard for a file, click on your Acrolinx Score at the top right of the Sidebar or click Scorecard in the slide-out menu
