Cause
The cursor of the mouse pointer on screen doesn’t seem to register when hovering over the options in the Sidebar menu. Although the options are highlighted when the cursor is on them, they do nothing when clicked.
Solution
This has been fixed in Acrolinx Core Platform 2019.10.1.
Workaround
-
Use Firefox and its Acrolinx Add-on.
-
In the Chrome Sidebar, instead of clicking on the menu options, you can press Tab on the keyboard to select an option then press Enter to activate it. This is identical to clicking the option. Note: Make sure that the option is highlighted as such for example, the highlighted “About” option.
