Chrome or Firefox block Acrolinx Scorecards.

Cause

If you use the Acrolinx Firefox add-on or Chrome extension and attempt to open the Acrolinx Scorecard and writing guidance from the Sidebar, your pop-up blocker may block access in your browser. If your browser blocks pop-up windows, then the Acrolinx Scorecard or guidance information won't open.

Solution

If you see a warning message that Firefox or Chrome prevented this site from opening a pop-up window, then you must allow access for the web pages on which you’re using Acrolinx.
