The Acrolinx for Mac menu item isn’t available, or can't be selected in Word, Excel, Outlook, or PowerPoint.

Solution
Allow the apps to control other apps.
- On the impacted Mac Computer, go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy > Automation
- Under "Acrolinx" Check the Office Applications that aren’t checked.
