Issue
Two different Acrolinx Integrations can be opened in same application.
User can open an Acrolinx Sidebar from Word > Ribbon > Review Acrolinx
User can open the Float Sidebar from Mac Menu bar > Acrolinx > Show Sidebar

Cause
This will happen only if customer has deployed extension on Office 365 and installed Acrolinx add-in manually.
Solution
User shouldn’t deploy both local and online solution together. If user needs to use both, online and locally, then they should hide online add-in from desktop application to avoid confusion.
Go to review pane > Right click on ribbon > customize ribbon > remove online add-in
