Issue
If you open a DITA document in text mode, run Acrolinx, and the results dialog shows a checking scope of 0, then Acrolinx isn’t able to read your document.
Open the Acrolinx Integration log (acrolinx_java_sdk.log) file. If you see "Error resolving entity", then Acrolinx isn’t able to read your document.

Solution
If you switch from text mode to author mode, Acrolinx will be able to read your document correctly.
