There can be a significant slowness when interacting with result cards using XMetaL. This slowness can be two - seven seconds for highlighting the appropriate text when a user has selected a card.

Unfortunately this isn’t something we can improve, as we’re dependent on the API that XMetaL (JustSystems) provides.

We’re planning to investigate further and hope to improve performance in the next version.

Workaround

Downgrade to Acrolinx for XMetaL 1.2.1
