Which Acrolinx integrations support enterprise federated authentication?

All Sidebar edition integrations and the Content Analyzer are supported. 

What federation protocols are supported?

We’re using PingFederate as the authentication service provider (SP). PingFederate supports the following federation protocols:

  • SAML 1.0
  • SAML 1.1
  • SAML 2.0
  • OpenID
  • OpenID Connect
  • SCIM 1.1
  • WS-Security
  • WS-Trust
  • WS-Federation
  • OAuth2.0 (Included in version 2019.08 or greater)

Does this feature work for the Dashboard and Acrolinx Term Browser?

Yes.

Can I use federated authentication with the Acrolinx Platform in the Private Cloud?

Yes. We’ll provide a PingFederate server in your Acrolinx Private Cloud. Please contact your customer success manager for more information.

Can I use federated authentication with my on-premise platform?

Yes. You’ll need to run a PingFederate server next to your platform. Please contact your customer success manager for more information.
