After you've set up one or more Reuse sets, you can set up Acrolinx to check for your preferred wording. For that, you need to add the Approved Messaging goal to your checking Target. When you add the Approved Messaging goal, you can choose the Reuse sets that you want to check with.

The Approved Messaging goal lets you set the preferred expressions for a Target. Acrolinx finds expressions with similar wording to the ones that you’ve chosen as representatives in the Reuse section. After a check, you can replace expressions that have the same meaning as your set preference.
Acrolinx Reuse lets you approve messaging. You can select your set of preferred expressions that were added to Reuse. Learn how in. Reuse Quick Start
Add the goal to the Targets, where you want to check for preferred wording. Acrolinx will always suggests the approved messaging to your writers.
You can select one ore more sets that match the language of the Target from Reuse.
To add a Reuse set to your Target, follow these steps:

Navigate to Targets in your Acrolinx Dashboard.

Click the name of the Target to which you want to add Reuse.

Click Approved Messaging to expand it the goal. You can also click Edit to add the goal to your Target.

Use the dropdown to select the Reuse set that you want to check with and SAVE.
When you use classic Reuse you will find the list of repositories in the dropdown.

Acrolinx Reuse lets you approve messaging. You can select your preferred expression from a cluster of similar wording that was added to Reuse. Learn more about Reuse repositories in our Reuse Repositories documentation.
