If you use an Acrolinx classic edition plug-in but also have a custom integration, you may notice that you get different results when checking the same document.
How Acrolinx reads your text, depends on which integration you use. It's expected that you might receive slightly different results if you check the same XML document using two different integrations. For example, if you check the same document with a classic edition plug-in and a custom backend integration, you'll get slightly different issues and checking score.
Client-side versus server-side extraction
There are a couple of places where you can change the extraction settings. How you change the extraction settings depends on the Acrolinx product that you're using.
