Why isn’t Approved Messaging finding my unsuitable wording and suggesting my preferred wording?
Answer
Acrolinx will only catch complete phrases or sentences that are stand-alone. If the phrase is included in a sentence, it won’t be highlighted. This is by design.
Example
- Preferred wording: Better. Content. Faster.
- Unsuitable wording: Speak with one voice.
- Acrolinx won’t provide a suggestion: Acrolinx can speak with one voice.
