Loading the XSL style sheets for documents like checking reports or rule help files takes a long time and the relevant documents are only displayed after a long delay.
This issue occurred on computers that were configured to use IPv6. The issue was caused by the Jetty web server for the Acrolinx service because support for IPv6 was disabled.
Resolving the Problem
Upgrade to Acrolinx Server 2.7.2. Administrators should enable IPv6 support by setting the property enableIPv6CompatibilityMode=true in the core server properties file.
