Invalid server license database state The Acrolinx Server does not recognize the user <USER_ID>. The user might have been recently deleted.
This problem might occur when you attempt to connect to the server with a user ID that has been deleted by the server administrator a few moments before. The plug-in is sending access point information for a user that is unknown to the server.
Resolving the Problem
In many situations, clearing the access point information from your registry can resolve this issue.
To clear your access point information, follow these steps:
- On the user's computer, start the Windows registry editor: .
Navigate to the key:
If clientLicenses contains values which consist of numbers and characters, then those values might be the problematic license data.
Example: ed80c94031f1c113 REG_SZ eJxNjzsOwjAQRK+y2h7Fs
- Delete any values contained in "clientLicenses" except for "(Default)".
Run a check with the Acrolinx Plug-in on the user's computer.
The plug-in should prompt for the user id and should successfully re-register the user with the Acrolinx Server.
