SymptomsThe web browser displays the following error when trying to open the Dashboard:
<BROWSER_NAME> can't establish a connection to the server at <SERVER_NAME>:8031
The core server could not start properly.
Resolving the Problem
There are a variety of reasons why the core server might not start. If this error is encountered when trying to access the Dashboard after you installed new server software, check the coreserver log file <INSTALL_DIR>/server/logs/coreserver.log <INSTALL_DIR>\server\logs\coreserver.log for errors or warnings that occurred after the last server start.
