When you open a Dashboard page, it takes a long time to open the page and the Dashboard might become unresponsive.
This issue can have several possible causes. One of the most common causes are insufficient hardware resources in combination with too many running services on the server computer.
Resolving the Problem
You can resolve issues caused by insufficient resources by allocating more hardware resources to the Acrolinx core server, the Acrolinx language servers, and the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) on the server computer.

Acrolinx is a sophisticated software, so the better the hardware of your server computer, the better the performance of your Acrolinx Server.
If too many other, non-Acrolinx services running on the server computer cause the performance issues, you should disable all services that are not essentially required.
