You have used the Acrolinx API to create a custom client or integration and you can successfully run checks. However, in some circumstances you never receive the checking results summary back from the Acrolinx Server.
When a check is complete, a summary of the checking results is cached on the server for one hour before it expires. Sometimes, connectivity issues can prevent a client from receiving the checking results summary before it expires.
Resolving the Problem
Increase the timeout limit for the checking results summary. You can increase the timeout limit by adding the property resultCacheExpirationTimeInMinutes=<MINUTES> to your core server properties and restarting the core server.
