After users upgrade the server, run a check, and review the "Terminology" section in the checking report, all terms listed in the "Term" column appeared twice, separated by a "|" character.
This issue sometimes occurs when an older version of the report style sheet retained in the web browser cache.
Resolving the Problem
Clear your browser cache and try viewing the report again.
