When using Acrolinx Server in SSL environments, users might encounter exceptions and unresponsive language servers.
The majority of these issues in SSL environments is caused by an internal bug in the Jetty connector.
Resolving the Problem
To resolve issues in SSL environments that are connected to the bug in the Jetty connector, administrators should enable IPv6 compatibility in the properties files. This also resolves related issues in IPv4 environments.
You enable IPv6 support by setting the property enableIPv6CompatibilityMode=true (version 2.8) or connectionModel=blocking (version 2.9) in the core and language server properties files.
