|Acrolinx Server||UNIX-based operating systems|
The server log files can contain messages about problems loading native libraries like the following example:
WARNING - Unable to load the Wrapper's native library 'libwrapper.so' ...
One common cause of this problem is a mismatch between the architecture of the native libraries installed and your Java version. In particular, this could be caused by attempting to run 32-bit versions of the native libraries with a 64-bit version of Java, or vice versa. This problem is caused by a configuration error.
Resolving the Problem
To correct the configuration error, follow these steps:
- Stop the coreserver.
- Open the file, < INSTALL_DIR>/installer.parameters and make sure the Java path is correct. You can run the specified Java with the command-line option "-version" to determine the architecture. Compare with the architecture specified in the installer.parameters file.
- If the path is not set correctly, update it to the correct path and save the file.
If you changed the Java path, run
folder and restart the coreserver.
