The Acrolinx menu disappeared after installing a second version of Adobe FrameMaker.

Resolving the Problem
This issue occurs because Acrolinx was designed to run on a computer with only one instance of Adobe FrameMaker installed. If you have a computer with multiple instances of Adobe FrameMaker, you must make some manual adjustments to enable the Acrolinx menu to appear for both instances.
First determine the version of Adobe FrameMaker for which Acrolinx is installed, then navigate to the plug-ins folder of that version of Adobe FrameMaker. For example, for version 7.0, the path will be:
Locate the file Acrolinx IQ4FrameMaker.dll and then copy it to the same folder in the new version of Adobe FrameMaker. The Acrolinx menu should appear in both versions.
