Resolving the Problem
To resolve this problem, try the following steps. You may need to start Microsoft Word as administrator to perform these actions.
For plug-in versions 2.0.x and lower
- If Outlook 2003 is already open when you start Microsoft Word 2003, it can prevent Acrolinx from loading. This behavior is related to a problem in some versions of Microsoft Word rather than in the Acrolinx software.
