Answer
Microsoft Word 2003 contains a wizard which enables you to convert existing word documents into a variety of formats including html, text, and xml. The Batch Checker can then recognize these documents for batch checking.
To use the Batch Conversion Wizard, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click New .
- In the New Document pane, click On my computer .
- Click the Other Documents tab.

Double-click
Batch Conversion Wizard
, and then click
OK
.
NOTE: If you do not see Batch Conversion Wizard in the Templates dialog box, you may need to install it.
- Follow the directions on the screen
