|Acrolinx Batch Checker||All versions|
The Batch Checker displays the error message 'licensing exception #5 ("Invalid client license")'.
This behavior can occur when using two instances of the Batch Checker on the same computer to connect to the same server. The error message 'licensing exception #5 ("Invalid client license")' appears in one of the two Batch Checker instances. Each Batch Checker instance uses the same access point on the server. Eventually, one of the two instances of the Batch Checker sends outdated license information, which the server regards as invalid.
Resolving the Problem
To avoid this error, make sure you only have one instance of the Batch Checker running on one computer.
