|Acrolinx Batch Checker||1.0 or later|
The Show report option is not available when selecting a TMX file after a check has completed in the Acrolinx Batch Checker.
The TMX file type was added to the Acrolinx Batch Checker to enable processing of large translation memories. Each sentence in the TMX file is extracted and checked separately. This behavior means that each sentence is treated as an individual document. However, TMX files typically contain thousands of sentences, so it is not practical to generate a checking report for each individual sentence or to consolidate thousands of checking reports back into a single checking report.
Currently TMX files can only be used to populate a sentence bank for clustering with Acrolinx Reuse (for more information, see the Acrolinx Reuse User Guide ).
Resolving the Problem
You can try to check the TMX as a standard XML file. In this case, you select the file type XML instead of TMX in the File type dropdown. To check the TMX file as a standard XML file, you must configure and select an appropriate CSD file so that the text is extracted according to your requirements. If the file is likely to contain more that 1 MB of extracted text, you must also ensure that your Acrolinx Server as enough processing capacity to check the document.
