Understanding the License Details
The license details contain information about the features and modules which are activated in your edition of Acrolinx.
The Licensed Modules section lists the server modules which are enabled in your license. Some modules have extra parameters which control how many users can access a specific feature.
The Checking and Term Browser modules both have extra parameters which are explained in the following table.
|Named user licenses||The maximum number of licensed named users.|
|Available named user licenses||The current number of unused named user licenses.|
|Maximum Concurrent Sessions||The maximum number of concurrent users who can access the Term Browser.|
The Licensed Plug-ins section lists the plug-ins which are enabled in your license. Plug-ins can be enabled individually or as legacy plug-ins .
About Legacy Plug-ins
Plug-ins which have the version 1.3 or earlier are regarded as legacy plug-ins and are enabled as a group.
If legacy plugins are enabled in your license, you can use any plug-in with the version 1.3 or earlier to connect to the Acrolinx Server.
If legacy plugins are not enabled in your license, you must use a plug-in which has the version 1.4 or later to connect to the Acrolinx Server.
About Individually Licensed Plug-ins
Plug-ins which have the version 1.4 or later are enabled individually.
For example, to use the 1.4 version of the Acrolinx Plug-in for Arbortext Editor, the plug-in name must appear in the licensed plug-ins list.
Plug-in Concurrent Sessions
Depending on your license you may also see parameter maximum concurrent sessions underneath a listed plug-in in the Licensed Plug-ins section.
This parameter controls how many users can check with a certain plug-in at the same time.
