Under some circumstances, you might not be able to open the options dialog in the Acrolinx plug-in. Instead, when you click Options, the following error message appears:
Service core Version 3 is not available.
This problem might be due to the SSL certificate configuration for your Acrolinx Server and CQ or AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
Follow these steps to secure the CQ/AEM server:
You must import a keystore for a valid certificate with the command prompt, for example:
keytool -import -alias acrolinx -keystore 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_25\jre\lib\security\cacerts' -file '..\ssl\CN=BRD00550,DC=core-server,DC=acrolinx,DC=com-5085A5E529082FED024FF8D90846226F.der'
In this case, .der is the trusted certificate for the server.
- Then follow the steps as described via this link.
In this case, you need to get the
InstallCert.java file. Navigate to this file directory.
In the command prompt, run the command:
java InstallCert localhost:443
Copy the generated “jssecacerts” file to the directory:
Restart CQ/AEM and click on the Options button.
The options dialog should now open.
