On very rare occasions flags can get 'stuck' in a document.
This can occur when editing a large document with a lot of flags in it, the plug-in might lose track of some of the flags due to the multiple edits. Or sometimes from copy/pasting text that might have had flags already in it. If you click the show/hide flags button it doesn't remove the flag/s.
To remove orphaned flags from a document in Arbortext Editor, please do the following:
Press the key combination CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+o
Alternatively, the following command can be executed from the Arbortext Editor command line:
For older plug-in versions use the following command:
The Arbortext command line can be accessed by going to:
Tools > Preferences > Window and place a check in the Command Line check box.
You then see a small window appear with the word 'Command:', you can type the command there.
