|Do you know the address of the Acrolinx Server?||To use the Acrolinx Batch Checker, you must have access to an Acrolinx Server. Check with your administrator to find out the address of your Acrolinx Server.|
|Are you using a supported web browser?||
For Acrolinx Batch Checker to display information correctly, you must
have a supported web browser.
To see the list of currently supported web browser, open our compatibility spreadsheet and click the WebBrowsers tab.
|Are you using a supported version of Java?||
The Batch Checker works with Java version 7 or later.
Earlier versions are not supported.
|Does the Acrolinx Batch Checker support your native language?||
The Acrolinx Batch Checker interface is available in the following languages:
English, German, Japanese, and Swedish
