We are using PingFederate as the authentication service provider (SP). PingFederate supports the following federation protocols:
- SAML 1.0
- SAML 1.1
- SAML 2.0
- OpenID Connect
- OAuth 2.0
- SCIM 1.1

Does this feature work for the Dashboard and Term Browser?
Can I use the external authentication with my Acrolinx private cloud server?
Yes. We will provide a PingFederate server in your Acrolinx Private Cloud for you. Please contact your customer success manager for more information.
Can I use the external authentication with my on-premise server?
Yes. You will need to run a PingFederate server next to your Acrolinx server. Please contact your customer success manager for more information.
