You can use company notifications to inform Sidebar users about changes to Acrolinx. For example, updates to a style guide or term changes.
Users see new notifications when they open the Sidebar.
To create a notification, follow these steps:

You need a role with the privilege Edit company notifications.

Navigate to Company notifications in the top menu.

Click ADD NOTIFICATION.

Add your message with title and details.

You've got the following display options:

Priority - Determines how often the notification appears for users.

Normal - Notifications are displayed to users once when they start a check in the Sidebar.

High - The notification appears every time a user runs a check with the Sidebar.

Start date - Date when the notification will start appearing. Select Any time as the start date to make the notification available immediately.

End date - Date when the notification will stop appearing. If you select Any time for the end time, the notification will expire one hour after the current time.

Click SAVE.
