We’ll replace these Guidance Settings with Targets. Instead of setting Checking Profiles (called Guidance Profiles in the Sidebar) for different content types, you'll set Targets.

You can create and edit Targets and assign them to writers in the Targets section of the Acrolinx Dashboard.

Note

Content Profiles aren't going anywhere. You'll still find them in the Guidance Settings section of the Dashboard.

If you're a Cloud customer, the Core Server and Analytics Server details pages are no longer available in your Dashboard. However, administrators can still restart both of these servers from the Servers page.

Looking for detailed information about the core server and Analytics server? Look at the platform logs.

Note

For Standard Stack, only the built-in user "admin" can still access the Core Server and Analytics Server pages.

The Configuration Properties section is no longer part of the Dashboard UI. If you're a Cloud customer, contact Acrolinx Support to make special configurations. Standard Stack users can still change configuration properties settings manually through the overlay.

We've removed the little-used Performance Monitoring and Logs sections.

Note

Starting with 2021.08, the Standard Stack built-in user "admin" will have access to the Configuration Properties section again.

The Server ID column isn’t needed anymore and was removed from the overview of servers table.

The Stop all servers and Stop server buttons in the UI are no longer available. If you're a Standard Stack user, you can start and stop the Acrolinx Platform via the command line.

Change the location where Scorecards are saved

As part of increased security, we don't store Scorecards to disk at all anymore.

This means you won't need to change the directory that your Scorecards are saved to.
