By default, the report shows data from the latest check. You'll only see scores from the last time you checked a unique piece of content in a particular month.
The scoring trends report shows the following:

Months (x-axis) |
Data for the past 12 months. You won't see data for the current month. |
Average goal score (y-axis) |
Colored lines represent the average scores over time for each goal. Hover over the points on the chart to see the exact score for a specific month. |
Files checked (y-axis) |
The amount of content Acrolinx checked per month. This can include files, web pages, and other content items. Hover over a bar to see the exact count. |
Goals |
Goals that were included in your Acrolinx checks. To exclude a goal from the chart, click the goal name. |
