Study Older Batch Check Results.
When you run a batch check with Acrolinx, you can open the Content Analysis dashboard after the check. In the Content Analysis dashboard, you'll see the overall quality of the content that you've checked.
In the Content Analysis Archive dashboard, you can view and open older Content Analysis dashboards. Here you can see the results of batch checks at a glance and filter easily with various filter options. Click anywhere in the row to open the corresponding Content Analysis dashboard in the browser.
To open the Content Analysis Archive dashboard, go to Analytics in the Acrolinx Dashboard. You'll find Content Analysis Archive under Archives.
Let's take a look at the table:
|User||The member of your team who ran the check.|
|Language||The language that was checked.|
|Writing Guide||The Writing Guide that was used.|
|Start Time||The beginning of the check session.|
|End Time||The end of the check session.|
|Average Acrolinx Score||The average Acrolinx Score of all content that was included in the check.|
|Sum of Words||The number of words Acrolinx checked.|
|Document Count||The number of documents and files that were included in the check.|
