With our brand new 5.6 (Acrolinx Private Cloud) Core Platform, you get some privacy and workflow improvements. We also fixed a few bugs and made other little tweaks that will make your life with Acrolinx easier. Note that we finally say goodbye to the SEO feature. Don’t cry, it’s for the better.
Simplified Trends Dashboard
The Trends dashboard included some information that related to the number of checks, while everything else on that dashboard relates to average scores at the last check. Not very helpful. That’s why we’ve simplified the Trends dashboard by removing that information and the time range filter.
Improved Privacy for Scorecard Filenames
The Scorecard filenames used to contain personally identifiable information (PII). We respect your privacy, so we’ve removed this information. The filenames will no longer show sensitive information.
Security Improvement for Default Users
With the Core Platform, you get a couple of default users. These users used to have default passwords. To improve security, default users don’t get default passwords anymore. An admin needs to set a password for these users before they can join the Acrolinx party.
Improved ACTIF Export
In the ACTIF export from terminology, the field term/event wasn’t listed as set-valued. We’ve changed the ACTIF export to indicate the field as being set-valued.
Added Scorecards to Server Workload Capture
We figured it makes sense to add your Scorecards to the server workload capture, instead of asking you to download them from the browser. So now, when you capture a server workload, the zip file will include your Scorecards.
Removed SEO Component
We’ve removed the SEO feature from the Core Platform. This means that SEO is no longer supported.
Sidebar Frequently Reauthenticated
In Oxygen, the Sidebar would frequently ask for reauthentication. Pretty annoying! We’ve fixed this issue so you can work with Oxygen without the hassle.
Checking Activity Detail Links Without Filter
In the Checking Activity dashboard, the detail link "Checks by User" didn’t forward the filter settings to the web report. You would always see the full list of users, even if you've added a filter for department. We've fixed this so the filters you apply for this dashboard also get applied to the detail links.
